Our mission and activities

Sailability On Tweed is passionate about making sailing accessible to everyone. We believe in the power of the water to bring smiles, build confidence, and create lasting memories. Learn more about how we achieve this and the incredible experiences we offer.

Sailing for everyone

We provide inclusive sailing experiences for individuals of all ages and abilities. Our specially adapted boats and trained volunteers ensure a safe and enjoyable time on the water, promoting independence and fun.

Become a volunteer

Our organisation thrives on the dedication of our volunteers. From rescue boat operation and boat rigging to assisting sailors and essential onshore duties, there’s a role for everyone to contribute to our vibrant community.

Our community

Sailability On Tweed is more than just sailing; it's a supportive community. We meet Wednesday mornings from 9am for about 4 hours next to the boat ramp in Dry Dock Road South Tweed. Come say hello!

Support our cause

As a non-profit organisation, Sailability On Tweed relies on generous donations and support to continue providing our invaluable services. Every contribution helps us keep more people sailing.

"The freedom I feel on the water with Sailability On Tweed is incredible. The volunteers are amazing, and it's truly a highlight of my week!"
